• Go to your windows explorer directory C:/Windows/Downloaded Program Files/PlusViewer Control and delete the PlusViewer. Close the Windows Explorer screen.

• Open up a regular IE browser screen. Go to Tools – Internet Options and click delete next to Browsing History. Then delete all temporary internet files. Once the files have deleted close the internet options window.

1. Click this link or open up any regular browser and type 67.77.67.95 in the address line.

2. You will be prompted for a user name and password, which is case sensitive
a. User Name – ruggedcctv
b. Password – 75143
c. Port - 3000

• Go to your start menu – All Programs – Rugged CCTV - Rugged Vision – CMS – Click on Uninstall
• Follow the prompts until completed then close the uninstall window.

1. Click on this link to download and install the new CMS software. Download and install all 4 components listed.

2. Once it is installed, double click on the CMS software icon that is now on your desktop.

3. Make sure the tab is selected at the top of the page, and then left click the connect button on the right side of the screen.
Enter in the following information, which is case sesitive
a. DVR Address – 67.77.67.95
b. Port 3000 (default)
c. User Name – ruggedcctv
d. Password - 75143

4. Once you have successfully connected to the Rugged CCTV DVR, you need to left click on the icon to the left of ruggedcctv and drag it to the viewing area on the left side of the screen. All live camera views will appear.

• Go to file explorer on your PDA and find the Rugged Vision – PDA Software, highlight it, press options, and delete the software.

1. Connect your PDA to your computer and then Click here to download the PDA software.

2. Run the PDA software, which is called Mobile CMS.

3. Follow the prompts from your computer until it tells you to check the mobile device to see if any additional steps are necessary to finish the installation.

4. After the program is finished installing on the PDA click on the software to load it.

5. Click on the button in the upper left hand corner. A screen will appear to enter the access information. Enter the following information,
which is case sensitive
a. DVR Address – 67.77.67.95
b. Port 3000 (default)
c. User Name – ruggedcctv
d. Password - 75143

6. When you connect successfully,the DVR will load all live screens.
